Modified version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. on the Crysis engine, member of the fan community S.T.A.L.K.E.R. under the nickname Wolfstalker posted a beta version of a customized version of the game on the CryEngine engine. The author announced that he was stopping the development of a project on which he had been working for more than three years.
Stalker: Legacy of Times includes a new map and an opening story with side quests. The modification added bloodsuckers, zombies and poltergeists with “unique mechanics“. The developer also made anomalies for the mod using physics.
Wolfstalker has released the source for the project so that other enthusiasts can continue developing it. You can download modified version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. on the Crysis engine – Stalker: Legacy of Times here.
Previously, the authors of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 showed how the fighters of the Duty and Svoboda groups would look like. The release date of the game is unknown, but it is planned for Xbox Series X and PC. The game will be free to Xbox Game Pass subscribers on the day it launches. There are no plans to release the title on the Sony PlayStation 5 console.
